Refund Policy

We want you to love your Larktale product! If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, Larktale.ca customers have 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt on most items* to contact us and initiate the return of an item that was purchased from our website. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unaltered and in its original packing. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@brandsinmotion.ca or call us at 905.795.3154. Proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive your returned item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. After inspection, if you return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, less the original and return shipping charges.

*Items noted as final sale and open box items are not eligible for returns.
